2009 Coto de Hayas Crianza

ALCOHOL: 13 % vol.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 60% Garnacha and 40% Tempranillo.


-Garnacha: selected vineyards over 30 years old.
-Tempranillo: selected vineyards over 20 years old.

HARVEST: Second week of September onwards.

WINE MAKING: Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC followed by a maceration for 15 days.

AGING: the wine ages for 9 months in American oak casks, completing its ageing in bottle for at least 12 months.

COLOUR: Ruby red colour of medium intensity with violet tones, clean and bright. 
AROMA: Medium intensity, complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
PALATE: Smooth, full tasting and harmonic with the tannins from the oak, with a pleasing complexity that lingers on.

SERVE: between 18º-20ºC.
